When our collaboration first started with Daikin the goal was very clear for both sides, raising brand awareness to the highest level possible and lifting the brand well above their competitors.

Even though Daikin is a big company with a great reputation in regards of their air conditioning services and products, we were yet to establish this in our country as well as Kosovo and Albania, since our team was responsible for the entire marketing strategy of this brand for those countries as well. Daikin had little to none social media presence and relied only on traditional marketing channels. This is where our team of digital marketing experts and their vast experience was crucial in breaking the digital barrier for Daikin and launching it into the digital marketing world!

We had to represent the brand in a unique way and at the same time respect the target audience, which we can say the we did perfectly with the Smile campaign since it was one of the most successful brand awareness campaigns for Daikin in the region and got us recognition from the Daikin HQ in Australia.

Building on the abovementioned Smile Campaign we managed to launch a successful Google Ads campaign and also set up HTML5 banners on the most prominent websites in Macedonia under the slogan “Created for you smile!”.

 

The Google Ad and HTML5 banners were also very efficient managing to bring the brand an overall reach of 800,000 and just to put things into perspective the entire population of Macedonia is around 2,000,000 so the campaign managed to reach to more than a third of the population of the country, so it is safe to say that it a was a very prosperous campaign.

YouTube advertising is more targeted than ever and that is why we used short bumper videos complementary to the Smile Campaign to further push the content closer to the target audience.

Throughout our partnership, our graphic design experts created eye-catching visuals, compliant with the entire Daikin branding that appealingly featured the values of the brand –  to identify and realize our customers’ future needs and dreams, even those that they themselves may not yet be aware of.

We created a wide range of graphics and built numerous designs for social media ads and website banners.
