Following the modernization of business processes, the company sought to strengthen its leading position on the domestic pension insurance market. When KB First initially approached us, the company needed to scale marketing essentially by increasing brand recognition among the general public and building brand awareness.
As part of their growth strategy, the company aspired to refresh the branding, improve the brand's visual identity, increase the presence of digital channels, provide a more efficient approach and reach out to a wider audience, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales.
Furthermore, the company needed professional help in emphasizing its commitment to social responsibility and strengthening the brand's position as a responsible investment partner.
As a renowned company, KB First had already built a recognizable brand, but lacked general social media presence, with an educational approach, which hindered their ability to attract new clients.

One was to encourage members to register for their e-mail report, in order to improve the environment by afforesting tree-poor regions. The other refers to responsible investing – ESG, emphasizing the company’s concept of responsible investing, as a company committed to responsible asset management of its members, also a market pioneer in the use of ESG investing.
The activities included a series of integrated digital and traditional marketing activities, and according to the results obtained, the completion of the several-month cycle of the campaign marks the organization of an afforestation event.
