When our collaboration first started the crucial goal was very clear for both sides, raising brand awareness to the highest level possible and generating more sales using a multi-channel approach.

 

Even though TiSo is a global company with a great reputation in regards of their high-quality products, we were yet to establish this for Turnastile, as an official reseller across the US market, since our team was responsible for the entire marketing and lead generation strategy of this company.

The main objective was to differentiate the company from other major players in the field by promoting its extensive range of products and emphasizing its competitive advantages.

 

After thoroughly studying the company’s history, way of operation, vision, mission and values, we started with the creation of an overall marketing strategy aimed to cover various channels. Several campaigns were developed aiming to highlight all company’s assets and appeal to the audience in an attractive manner. Reflecting the company’s values, the new visual identity was developed, managing to convey the feeling of trust, expertise and professionalism one receives when doing business with Turnastile.

 

In essence, we were focused on achieving two key goals - strengthening the brand position and generating more potential clients.

In order to achieve success in an emerging market, our strategy needed to look beyond and find a way to get more people recognizing the brand, so that the company could benefit from acquiring new clients.

 

We used an integrated strategy and several different methods to achieve this and split our activities across the funnel with a cohesive message in all our digital communications. The new modern visuals gradually led to strengthening the brand identity and brand positioning that helped the brand maintain a coherence in its communications.
